Established in 2003 and now in our eighth year, Regency is one of Bideford's leading independent Estate Agents, handling all aspects of property sales and lettings.

MEET THE TEAM
Neil J Armstrong
Director
Having been involved within Estate Agency for over 14 years, Neil opened Regency in 2003 and is still very much involved at the forefront of the business on a day to day basis.
His enthusiasm and understanding of the local market together with providing excellent standards of service have been installed throughout the company, ensuring Regency's clients receive the best possible expercience from the initial contact through to a satisfactory conclusion.
Outside of the company Neil has two children, Harry 7 & Maddie 4. He is a keen sportsman and is the Captain of a local football team playing in the local North Devon league.
Lee D Childs
Sales Manager
Lee joined the company in 2004 and has become a valuable member of the team. He is a well respected indivdual and having been born locally, his knowledge of the area is second to none.
Heading up the sales team his attention to detail gets results time and time again.
When not working, Lee plays football in the Local North Devon league and enjoys following his beloved Arsenal FC.
Carl M Armstrong
Lettings Manager
Carl joined the company in 2009 having previously been involved with the Militry Police for a number of years.
Heading up the busy Lettings department, Carl's excellent organisation skills mean that both Landlords and Tenants receive a first class service.
Outside of work Carl is a keen sportsman, playing both football and cricket in the North Devon leagues.
Elisha Nicholls
Negotiator
Although the youngest of the team, Elisha's mauture outlook to life and friendly personality suits the important role she undertakes as a negotiator.
Outside of work Elisha is currently studying Law.
