Register Folio Search Lettings

Registration
To register with the site select the register option from
the left menu or click here. Once registered with the site
your details will be kept for 90 days from the date you last
visited the system. If a property is added to the system that
matches your search criteria you will be notified by email.
The registration system is controlled by "cookies". If you are
unable to register it may be that your computer has security
settings preventing the acceptance of cookies.

Searching
To do a quick search of non-commercial properties use the 'Quick Search' option which can be found in the top right corner of the website once you leave the home/search page. This allows you to search by 'Area', ‘Price band'. To specify the search criteria in more detail use the main property search facility on the home page. Choose the options you require form the drop down lists then click submit to view the properties that match the criteria. Multiple areas can be selected by using (PC) or (Mac).

Portfolio
Items can be added to a portfolio. To use the folio facility you must be registered - registering is quick and easy to do, and you can cancel registration at any time. This folio is specific to yourself as a user. To add an item to the folio click the 'add to folio' link next to a property in either the search results window or details display window. To view your folio select the folio option from the left menu. The properties in your folio will be available to you when you next visit the site. To remove a property from your folio, whilst viewing the folio, click the 'remove from folio' link next to the property. The folio facility is controlled by "cookies". If you are unable to register or when you return to the site again if the folio is not showing your properties, it may be that your computer has security settings preventing the acceptance of cookies. You will need to set these preferences to ’accept cookies’ on your machine.

Request Details
To request details of a property click the 'email me details' link next to the property then complete and submit the form that appears. You will then be sent, via email, the full particulars with any relevant photographs attached.

Request Viewing
To request a viewing of a property click the 'request viewing' link next to the property then complete and submit the form that appears. When we have received your request we will contact you to arrange the viewing.
