Within the last 10 years, Estate Agency has seen some massive changes & we pride ourselves on not only keeping our fingers on the pulse but leading the way with initiative marketing ideas.

The power of social media has grown massively and incorporating these changes into selling property on a daily basis has been fundamental to us. All of our clients are provided with their very own unique property website using our professional photographs, property description & floorplans. From here our clients can share their property website through their own social media outlets allowing all of their friends & family to share, helping spread the word as far as possible.

Every month we produce our very own property magazine which is full of seasonal topics whilst featuring a selection of our properties. Our magazine is distributed throughout the local area, whilst thousands of digital copies are sent via email to all of our database of clients all over the world. We feature full page adverts regularly in the North Devon Gazette and also in the popular lifestyle Devon Life magazine, ensuring our clients properties receive the coverage they deserve.

We are aware that selling and moving can be a very stressful time. We pride ourselves in making sure we take the stress away from you as much as possible by offering accompanied viewings & giving you detailed feedback with regular communication until we achieve that all important offer. Importantly managing the sale & timeframe to completion to suit you.

Our office isn’t your usual Estate Agents office (somebody in a suit, sat behind a desk!). We have created a friendly, comfortable & welcoming environment where bespoke seating areas await clients.

Our feature wall map above our coffee bar offers a birds-eye view of the area, whilst all of our available properties can be browsed at your leisure from our individual self service property displays. All this whilst enjoying a complimentary coffee or refreshing drink from the glass fronted fridge.
